She is an NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home Certified Content Expert. Prior to joining HealthARCH, Heather managed quality and corporate compliance programs. She has a background in process improvement, quality measures reporting, auditing, accreditation, and practice management.

Ms. Costigan is a Senior Program Manager overseeing HealthARCH’s Patient Centered Medical Home services. She has a diverse background in both the administrative and clinical sides of ambulatory health care including coding, MIPS and quality improvement. She is an NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home Certified Content Expert. Farrah has over twenty-five years of experience in practice administration, management, revenue cycle, staffing, clinical performance and compliance.

Ms. Lowenberg is a Certified Risk Coder who offers training, education and technical assistance consulting to providers and practice staff in the areas of ICD-10-CM coding, E/M documentation, billing audits, EHR adoption, MIPS, and promoting interoperability (meaningful use). She is an NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home Certified Content Expert and assists practices with PCMH transformation and recognition. Ms. Lowenberg holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from the University of Central Florida.

Ms. Patel oversees the analytics, logistics, and financial aspects of HealthARCH, including quality assurance and management processes compliance. She provides guidance in strategic business solutions, whether through report generation, statistical research, or analysis of large qualitative data sets. She served as a member of the ONC Change Advisory Board on pilot programs in support of Health IT efforts nationwide.
Prior to joining HealthARCH, Ms. Patel worked as an IT specialist for government agencies such as the Department of Children and Families as well as the Florida Department of Law Enforcement providing technical assistance and training for numerous systems that have been integral to the improvement of workflow management.
