Orlando FL, August 24, 2013-More than sixty five healthcare professionals including physicians and practice administrators got an in-depth look at what it takes to become a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) recognized practice.

PCMH content experts from the UCF Regional Extension Center Jordon Schagrin, MHCI, PCMH CCE, and Randy Yniguez, MS, RN, PCMH CCE, led the presentation, which touched on PCMH requirements, scoring and application process. Michael Meucci, Director of Transformation and Improvement at Arcadia Solutions was also on hand to explain the benefits and processes of becoming PCMH recognized.

The UCF REC will be launching its PCMH services this fall.
