Learning Action Network (LAN)
The Improving the Health of Floridians (IHOF) program has established a Learning Action Network (LAN) for participating organizations to meet regularly as a group in order to facilitate project goals.
The LAN meets monthly to allow the program group to openly share information between the HealthARCH team, the Department of Health team, each of the participating practices and special guests. This interactive format features relevant information that directly supports the program but also serves as a forum for open dialogue.
