The Florida Department of Health has partnered with HealthARCH to engage health system organizations and social service organizations with establishing regional learning collaboratives to improve hypertension and high cholesterol treatment in priority populations in 15 counties.

Florida HIV EHE Technical Assistance Program
The Florida Department of Health has partnered with HealthARCH to engage health system organizations with one-on-one technical assistance to improve HIV screening and re-screening rates. This Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) program focuses on seven Florida counties (Broward, Duval, Hillsborough, Miami-Dade, Orange, Palm Beach and Pinellas) with an aim to increase the performance of health systems in managing Opt-out testing using electronic health record systems.

Florida Pediatric Patient Centered Medical Home Recognition Program
The Florida Department of Health’s Children’s Medical Services and the University of Central Florida College of Medicine’s HealthARCH (HealthARCH) have partnered to engage eligible pediatric and family medicine practices achieve National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA) patient centered medical home (PCMH) recognition. This no cost program provides technical assistance to providers to become a recognized medical home.

Improving the Health of Floridians
The Florida Department of Health has partnered with HealthARCH on a statewide learning and improvement collaborative. The collaborative aims to increase the performance of health systems in managing Prediabetes, Diabetes, Hypertension, Cholesterol, and physician quality.
